By accessing and using CogniFlow (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
CogniFlow is a study assistant platform that provides users with study rooms, solo study timers, gamified progress tracking, flashcards, and educational mini-games. The Service is designed to enhance learning productivity and provide a collaborative study environment.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or outdated.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CogniFlow and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Arab Emirates and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CogniFlow.
You retain all rights in the content you post on the Service. However, by posting content, you grant CogniFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you post and that the content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
CogniFlow offers a Premium subscription tier with enhanced features. Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COGNIFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COGNIFLOW IN THE SIX MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED UAE DIRHAMS (AED 100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANYTHING.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CogniFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please discontinue using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
